Eligibility Criteria

7-Day Window:

Requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

Condition:

Product must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories.

Damage Reporting:

Within 48 hours physical damage must be reported.

Proof:

Valid tax invoice is mandatory for all return processing.

Reports of damage after the 48-hour window may be ineligible for free replacement. User-caused damage is strictly non-returnable.
